Your new company
This highly regarded construction company concentrate mainly within the multi residential space. They have an excellent reputation within the industry and are looking for experienced finishes foreman to join their team. The role will be based in Marsden Park and commence on a contract basis ASAP.
Your new role
You will form part of the finishes / defects team on the delivery of a major residential development close to Marsden Park. You will be required to oversee all subcontractors and ensure the works required are done to a high standard with safety as a priority. Due to the commercial aspect of this project you will need strong computer skills. You will have the ability to motivate and drive an experienced team to ensure the project is finished on time and to the highest standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your position you will have excellent leadership skills, good reporting and programming knowledge and thrive in an environment working to tight deadlines. This is a contract role and will finish after the project hands over.
