Working in partnership with our clients at all phases of the project development process, we give professional, timely and reliable advice on cost, value and risk. Drawing on resources from over 1,300 employees in the UK, Europe, South East Asia, Central America and Australasia, we provide advice on a wide range of projects globally.

We're currently looking for qualified Quantity Surveyors to work within our Sydney office supporting some of the nation's highest profile infrastructure, retail, commercial and residential construction projects. Performing various quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients.
This role is responsible for:

• liaising with clients, architects, building consultants and contractors
• master-plan and feasibility budgets
• cost checking of developing design
• value engineering
• tender evaluations and analysis
• contract negotiations
• cash flow projections
• procurement
• cost reporting
• evaluation of variations
• final account reporting
• claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims
• investment analysis
• maintaining professional expertise and continual professional development
• developing and maintaining technical proficiency with applications and equipment used
