We are currently seeking a highly motivated Melbourne-based Project Manager to join our Construction team.
We are looking for a Project Manager with the desire to manage Structural Steel Major Infrastructure Projects to the expectations of our clients, whilst achieving budgets and timeframes.
The successful candidate will be reporting to Construction Manager and responsible for overseeing all project related activities.
Key duties will be:
- Management project procurement, including material, equipment and labour.
- Client, Supplier and Subcontractor liaison.
- Co-ordination of design and document, including specifications.
- Contract administration. Manage conditions of contract and legislative requirements.
- Compile project documentation and reports.
- Undertake regular site inspection / visit.
- Monthly reconciling of Job Costing to associated budgets.
- Prepare payment schedule and payment claims.
To successfully secure this position you need to demonstrate:
- Industry experienced, preferably as a Project Manager with low-rise structural steel project experience.
