This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager to join a Global Organisation that has an exceptional track record for delivering very technical data centre facilities that cater to Tier 1 clients.

My client is the leading owner, operator and developer of large scale network dense, carrier and cloud neutral multi tenanted data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Their data centres provide rich, carrier and cloud-neutral ecosystems and offer reliability, security and flexibility that their customers require to house their IT infrastructure.
Description
Reporting directly into the Regional Projects Director, some of your tasks will include but not limited to:
- Work alongside various stakeholders within the business and fundamentally ensure the successful completion of all projects undertaken.
- Overseeing the project teams and ensure the construction process is maintained.
- Managing a team of Project Managers and Site Manager to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will oversee the project teams and ensure the construction process is maintained, in order to do this you will liaise frequently with the guys and visit the sites on a regular basis.
Manage a team of Project Managers and Site Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Profile
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to showcase that you have:
- A minimum of 5 years local experience within Sydney as a Senior Project Manager ( A mix of client-side and contractor side).
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction.
- Experience delivering data centres, or experience in working in a live environment ( ideally within the services industry).
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
- A positive attitude which reflects our client's culture.
