As a turnkey construction company, we provide pre-construction assistance, project schedule development as well as construction management services.
About the role
Day to day some of your core accountabilities will include:
- Consult with internal stakeholders to fully identify and confirm the scope of the project and obtain project approvals;
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the Client specified quality standard;
- Ensure that all projects meet the performance of quality, safety and environmental objectives;
- Manage all applicable project contracts in a professional manner so as to promote long-term relationships with key providers;
- Manage, forecast, monitor, control and report on project financial performance.
- Monitor actual costs against approved costs to ensure there is no over-expenditure in project costs
- Plan, monitor, control and report against multiple project timelines and milestones
- Report actual completion date against approved completion date and ensure that projects are completed on time.

Skills and experience
To be successful securing this position you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Substantial experience in project management in manufacturing/construction
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrable ability to successfully conduct complex negotiations and influence and persuade people at all levels.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Project Management principles
- A relevant qualification in Project Management would be an advantage
- Police Check and Working With Children's Check
