Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour is looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our fun and flexible team!
Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour is an up and coming new home building company on the Coffs Coast, covering new home builds from Macksville to Yamba and west to Dorrigo.
Our main focus is on excellent customer service and quality home builds.
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor that is a natural people person, with exceptional problem solving skills, and, able to motivate trades to complete builds on time with focus on quality workmanship.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have a current NSW supervisor or builder licence
- White Card
- Unrestricted car license
- Experience in residential construction - managing
multiple builds at once
- Confident in using computers: emailing, quick to
learn new software programs
- Experience using Onsite Companion and
advantage.
Salary and conditions are to be discussed with the successful applicant and will be based on previous experience. Starting pay will be above the award wage
