The Company:

Our client is known as one of Melbourne’s leading homebuilders, who pride themselves on their inclusive culture and genuinely invest in their people. They provide a unique range of products across both inner-urban and greenfield estates. Currently they are looking to consolidate their successful Operations team by bringing in the industry’s best talent. You will contribute your proven experience to their high-performing and dynamic team.
  
Your New Role:
  • Review and write departmental procedures relevant to maintaining efficient work practises.
  • Manage client concerns and facilitate suitable outcomes when escalated.
  • Ensure that all Building Contract conditions are met and are adhered to.
  • Outcome focused liaison with the Department Heads, Construction & Regional Managers.
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments to ensure efficient transition of files through all processes.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and help team members to create and implement development plans as required.
  • Monitor quality of documentation – administer required feedback to staff and other departments on recurring issues.
  • Train & coach team, monitor performance results and develop strategies and action plans to achieve the target KPI’s.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Management role – either Operations, Workflow or Production for a Victorian homebuilder
  • Ability to motivate and drive outcomes within a successful, pre-established organisation
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to priorities a variety of tasks in a high-volume work environment
  • Strong administration & organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills
