Our client is a medium sized commercial building company who do a mix of commercial building works. They have spend considerable time developing processes and procedures to build a strong business with close not teams who work collaboratively across different disciplines. They are currently seeking a Site Manager to assist them in running projects around Adelaide of a smaller to medium sized nature.
You will be responsible for the safety on site, coordinating works, working closely with the project managers, clients and other stakeholders and overseeing the sub contractors. Ensuring things run smoothly and the quality of the works is at a very high level. You will create regular reporting, attend and coordinate meetings and oversee industrial relations matters and inductions.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience working as a Site Manager for a commercial builder of a second or third tier size in Adelaide or around Australia. You will be able to give and take direction, take pride in your work and work to deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and have a long term career view.
