Attention Construction Supervisors, Site Managers

Qattro QLD is a growing residential construction and development company based in Hendra. We are currently building throughout SEQ and due to a large increase in upcoming work we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver high quality homes for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Attend start-up meetings to understand all project documentation and expectations
• Liaise and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicate with office staff and clients
• Utilize construction software (onsite companion) to schedule build time and subcontractors
• Supervise works ensuring that they adhere to all Australian building and safety standards and the contract documentation
• Prepare and deliver defect free homes inside contract time frames
• Provide construction knowledge in plan design stage

Competencies you possess will be:

• Outstanding organisation and planning skills
• Clear and concise communication
• Aptitude for management and leadership
• Phenomenal attention to detail
• Cert 4 in Construction
• Own subcontractor trade network
• Minimum 5 years Site Supervisor experience
