About the new home sales consultant role:
As the sole new home sales consultant you will be responsible continuing to drive the sales and performance of the business. You will be responsible for converting warm leads and heavy foot traffic into new sales. 

Skills and experience required:
Our client requires the following in their new home sales consultant: 
• Previous sales experience in residential construction
• The ambition and motivation to achieve and exceed your own goals and targets
• Knowledge of residential construction legislation and design 
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve set targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
