Full Job Description
A leading Apartment Builder Developer has an IMMEDIATE requirement for a Finishes Foreman to join it’s team on a large high-rise, 900 unit apartment project located in Sydney's Inner Western Sydney. The project which involves the construction of 5 towers requires an experienced Site Finishes Site Foreman. Backed by significant overseas investment, the company is a privately owned Australian apartment builder / developer with a huge pipeline of work throughout Sydney Metro. The role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tier 1/2 construction Finishes Foreman a successful track-record of managing the finishes sequencing on high-rise 150+ unit projects for reputable builders and developers in Australia. 

The position will report directly to the Site Manager and you will be focused exclusively on the high-end finishes on apartment projects; Your duties will include;  
Management of multiple finishes trades and site personnel
Sequencing 
Driving site productivity
Drive the programme 
Managing all the internal finishes elements of the apartment
Managing OHS and Site Safety  
Managing the finishes to a high-quality finish
Minimalization of defects

Candidate Requirements;
Experience working on multi-unit, high-rise residential / commercial projects
Will have been a finishing Foreman on 150 unit projects 
Worked as a Site / Finishes Foreman for Tier 2 or Established builders / builder developers in Sydney.
Strong sequencing skills 
Holds safety as a priority. 
Possessing approx. 5-8+ years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman   
Will have worked on $60M-$200M projects
Ideally available for a start in 1-4 weeks
A carpentry background is ideal, yet not essential

On Offer:
Strong salary from $160,000 - $185,000 package (D.O.E) 
Opportunity to work on a Tier 1 project 
Every second Saturday off No work on lock down RDO weekends
Opportunity to start immediately
