Our Infrastructure Services division operates three business units: Road Services; Infrastructure Projects and Rail. As we continue our evolution of growth and innovation, the best people are critical to our success in supporting our customers and catering to market demands.
Due to recent project wins our Infrastructure Projects business are now seeking to engage the capability of an experienced Planner/ Scheduler with Infrastructure experience for our Brisbane Office based in Woolloongabba.
Reporting to the Project Manager, your primary role is to meet the business objectives through planning, scheduling, performing and analysing maintenance activities. Along with maintaining compliance with all statutory laws, company policies and procedures whilst meeting the required targets of quantity and quality as defined in budgets and forecasts in maintenance planning.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated capability in Heavy or Light Rail Infrastructure industries and/ or Civil Construction
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering and/or equivalent
- Develop and maintain ongoing project schedules
- Assist in the development of new project schedules, interacting with Project Managers & Engineers to secure progress information
- Generate project schedules and associated resource forecasts
- Maintain written notes and records which support project updates
- Work within the standard planning/scheduling procedures ensuring these procedures fulfil the requirements and develop additional project specific procedures where necessary
- Maintain effective relationships to manage client expectations
