ROLE
One of the world’s largest Build Asset consultancies presently have a live position for a Director level individual to take the lead of their commercial construction division within Sydney. Following continual grown year on year within their commercial division and an ever-growing order book, the consultancy now requires a suitable individual to direct the division into a new era of growth.

The consultancy which has a formidable footprint across the world currently have a number of high profile clients and are actively involved in some of Sydney’s most iconic land mark schemes, ranging in value from 100 Million AUD to 1 Billion AUD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking full accountability for the Commercial Division.
- Board level reporting
- Leading major bid submissions.
- Initiating corporate strategy
- Developing business through your established network and identifying new ones
- Increasing division / company revenue.
- Training and mentorship of more junior staff
QUALIFICATICATIONS
- Have operated at Director or Partner level in a comparable organisation
- 15 years + relevant experience with a PQS / Client side org, or Main Contractor
- A degree in Project, Cost or construction management.
- MRICS or FRICS
- LLM, MCIarb / FCIarb - desirable but not essential.
- A strong client network within the Sydney market
- AIQS, COIB, AIPM of MAPM
