Due to an increase in business activity we are currently seeking an experienced and professional Site Manager to oversee the daily delivery of safe, high quality and on-time Construction Project

In this role you will:

• Take the lead role in the day-to-day management of on-site safety, including monitoring of site safety, completion of safety administration and a proactive approach to safety practices and rectification when required.
• Manage the day-to-day site activity to the site programme and comply with our company's business systems
• Complete all daily site administration tasks to ensure the project is able to operate in accordance with the company's safety and quality accreditation. 
• Run the on-site budget and business processes relating to labour, overtime, small tools, hire equipment.
• Manage the day-to-day activity of subcontractors and site labour to the project plan, project drawings and specifications
• Ensure high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in site management of commercial projects is essential (including planning, programming and the management of subcontractors and site labour)
• The ability to drive projects to tight deadlines
• Understanding of project programming (particularly in relation to delivery to the program
• Understanding of tasks and activities of a wide variety of building trades
• Knowledge of legislation, rules, regulations and standards relating to building sites (e.g. Building Codes, industrial relations, WHS and Environmental, WorkCover, local government etc
• Hold a current General NSW Work Health and Safety Construction Induction Card
• Hold a current Senior / Apply First Aid Certificate
• Hold a current Drivers Licence
• Must have good Computer Skills
• Risk Management for Supervisors Preferred
• Work Health and Safety Consultation Preferred

Salary to be negotiated depending on experience and qualifications.
