Your new role
Due to growth they require an additional building supervisor to join their team and take control of their north Sunshine Coast region. You will take responsibility for between 15 to 20 homes on the go at once, with no more than a 20 minute drive between each site. You will report directly to the construction manager, with responsibility for all aspects of onsite construction from site establishment to final handover. Including project scheduling to organising trades, materials, quality control and client liaison.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have previous experience in a similar role in volume residential construction as well as a QBCC site supervisors license. In addition to this it is expected you will have exceptional technical knowledge, be well organised with good time management skills and be an effective communicator.
