MBM is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in building and infrastructure to join our Brisbane team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing locally owned independent QS consultancy. The role involves both undertaking projects and structured business development.

The successful applicant will have the ability to use Cost X and prepare first principle cost estimates for both building and infrastructure projects.;

• AIQS or RICS qualified;
• Upholds exemplary Professional Ethics;
• Ability to meet and present to clients;
• Ability to prepare presentations and present if required;
• Ability to write reports;
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Active participation in the firm
• Strong team player
• Coaching and mentoring staff
• Attention to detail e.g. completing work with few or no errors
