ABOUT THE ROLE
SES Labour Solutions are actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a reputable mining client based in Central Queensland.
BENEFITS
The position will see you work a Mon – Fri roster with accommodation, vehicle, phone and laptop provided as part of the package. An attractive rate will be negotiated for the right skill set.
DUTIES
This key position will see you take accountability for coordinating work flow among personnel and prioritizing / delegating tasks while maintaining construction schedule, quality and compliance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You must demonstrate experience in a similar role. Experience in commercial aspects on a construction project is highly regarded.
Strong financial and client management will be crucial in the role as will be the ability to manage a large team to deliver results on time.
