An award winning commercial fit out and refurbishment builder have recently been awarded a $30m commercial refurbishment project for a government client and are currently looking for experienced site manager to join their team.
They have national foot print and deliver a range of commercial, education, retail, health and hotel projects ranging in value from $1m up to $40m. They provide some of one the best benefits programs for their employee’s within the construction industry and have built a strong reputation on their culture, development of staff, variety of projects and staff retention.

- Previous commercial fit out and refurbishment experience
- A minimum of 3 years site management or foreman experience
- A stable work history
Key Duties of the role:
- Site supervision / management of subcontractors and employees
- Responsible for OH&S on site
- Ensure the project is run on time and within budget
- Working closely with the site and project teams.
