The Company
A national residential home builder, with an office based in Newcastle.
A team of 15 office staff, and 10 site staff; site supervisors, pre-construction, colours, warranty, drafting and estimating.
At the cusp of a big growth phase, a proven workflow and operations manager is going to enjoy the challenge of this role.
Building homes around the $250k - $550k, and so far 100 homes per year, this number is expected to reach 150 to 220.
The Role
Our current management team operate out of the head office, so you will be the most senior position in the Newcastle office.
You must have previous experience at a residential home builder.
You will need to have a proven record of creating strong team culture, staff longevity and show a marked improvement in the 'sale to site' process.
Having a kind, strong and driven demeanour will work very well, as you will manage team performance, setting KPI's and providing encouragement and support to the teams efficiency improvement.
Availability and Salary
The role is open to starting within the next 4 weeks - depending on your notice period.
Salary will be around the $90,000 - $100,000 plus super and option of increase with the businesses success.
