Your new company
My client is a Tier 1 family run National Apartment builders who are successful in delivering Apartment and Mixed use, high rise projects to the value of $150M based in Melbourne’s CBD. Due to recently won tenders, they are looking for a Finishes Foreman to join their growing team to work on projects in the CBD and in the Eastern Suburbs.
Your new role
In your new role you will be required to
- Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site.
- Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame.
- You will effectively report and work alongside the Site Manager to ensure a smooth project delivery.
- You will co-ordinate sub-contractors suitably to ensure that key milestones within the project are hit.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years’ experience in delivering Apartment/Commercial projects as a Finishes Foreman in Melbourne.
- Carpentry/Interior background is essential
- The ambition to commit and progress long term with this extremely successful company.
- A team player mentality and outgoing personality.
- Experience on large scale apartment projects is essential.
- Strong time management, organisation and communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- All overseas applications with no local experience will not be considered for this role.
