Your new company
My client is a Tier 1 family run National Apartment builders who are successful in delivering Apartment and Mixed use, high rise projects to the value of $300M based in Melbourne’s CBD. Due to recently won tenders, they are looking for a Senior Foreman to join their growing team to manage all facets of construction from conception to practical completion.
Your new role
In your new role you will be required to
- Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site.
- Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame.
- You will effectively report and work alongside the Site Manager to ensure a smooth project delivery.
- You will co-ordinate sub-contractors suitably to ensure that key milestones within the project are hit.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years’ experience in delivering Apartment/Commercial projects as a Site Foreman in Melbourne.
- A tertiary degree or trade qualification relevant to construction.
- The ambition to commit and progress long term with this extremely successful company.
- A team player mentality and outgoing personality.
- Experience on large scale apartment projects is essential.
- Strong time management, organisation and communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- All overseas applications with no local experience will not be considered for this role.
