Our client is a company that have held a commanding position in the Commercial market in Brisbane for many years. With an already outstanding portfolio of technical projects from $50mil right the way through to $200mil, they are looking forward to an expansive year thanks to new tenders won.

The Role
Seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with a proven track record of delivering projects; on time and on budget. A successful candidate will efficiently manage; the Sub Contractors and financial administration. The over-riding aim is to find a driven, hardworking individual to become part of a thriving team of professionals.
Your Requirements
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in; Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
- Ideally you will have worked with CHEOPS and Jobpac
- Tertiary qualified with a Diploma of Construction, Builders Registration or a Bachelor of Construction Management, Economics or equivalent
- Good working history with reputable companies
- Motivated and passionate about delivering quality work
