Our client is a national commercial builder working across retail, health, aged care, education and industrial D&C projects ranging from $1-$50M in value. Due to a recent promotion the Victorian office is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to work on a $20M retail project in a Contract Administration position.

Your role will have you working alongside a project manager on a large $20M project in a dual onsite/ office role. You will be responsible for all letting of contracts, negotiations and variations, RFI’s and providing monthly cost reports.

Key to this role is an individual interested in working on complex projects where you will gain considerable exposure to Project management. Candidates are sought who have a solid background working on projects from $10-30M here in Melbourne for a minimum of 4 years.

You will ideally have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and or similar and be seeking a role that will provide ongoing career development.
