Your new role
Reporting to a Project Manager, you will work in partnership to coordinate the successful delivery of multi-million dollar commercial building projects in the Geelong area. Primarily, you will assess, interpret and maintain building plans and technical drawings; Assist with vetting and letting sub-contractor packages; Provide support to site staff responding to RFI’s; Assist with processing variations and progress claims; Assist with designing and maintaining budgets; Cash-flow forecasting and analysis to ensure effective cost control; and provide general administrative support to the Project Manager.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • You will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Ideally possess at least 3 years Contract Administration experience with a commercial builder.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Adaptable to changing situations and environments
  • Sound computer skills in particular software packages such as JOBPAC or CHEOPS, and Excel will be highly advantageous.
