They deliver a diverse range of projects including Education, Health, Commercial, Institutional and Retail Fit Out circa $20M and above. With a solid pipeline of work in the Geelong area, a position now exists for an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join the team in Victoria’s fastest growing regional city, Geelong.
Your new role
Reporting to a Project Manager, you will work in partnership to coordinate the successful delivery of a multi-million dollar apartment project in the Geelong area. Primarily, you will assess, interpret and maintain building plans and technical drawings; Vett and Let sub-contractor packages; Provide support to site staff responding to RFI’s; Process variations and progress claims; and provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, you will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Effective communication skills Ability to work to deadlines
- Adaptable to changing situations and environments
- Solid JOBPAC software skills are highly desirable
- Ideally possess at least 8 years Contract Administration experience with a commercial builder.
