Specialised in the Healthcare/Education/Office fit out space for more than 10 years and having repeat business means always having a solid project pipeline. 
Responsibilities will include the supervision and coordination of site work and subcontractors. 
  
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following:

• Trade qualifications - Cert III or IV
• Experience of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Proven record of overseeing high quality finishes
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
