Calling all Leading Hand Carpenters who have completed their Cert IV in Building & Construction & are now looking for their next career opportunity.
Carpenters with a minimum of 5 years experience post apprenticeship who are experienced in complex renovations and extensions on high-end residential properties are required for permanent roles within the high-end residential sector
Carpenters with a minimum of 5 years experience post apprenticeship who are experienced in complex renovations and extensions on high-end residential properties are required for permanent roles within the high-end residential sector
Key responsibilities include;
- Keeping an open/professional communications with project manager and builders
- Making sure homes are built to Australian Standards
- Scheduling subcontractors and following program
- Ensuring sites are kept in a clean and tidy manner
- Ensuring a safe workplace for every person on site
- Making sure project expenses are within budget
About You
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;
- High-quality carpentry skills
- Cert IV in Building & Construction
- Proven experience with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage subcontractors
- Leadership skills and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Takes pride in your work
