ABOUT THE COMPANY.
       
A leading construction company is currently seeking to engage a Construction Graduate / Cadet. This company specialises in the delivery of Commercial and medium density residential projects valued up to $15m. This company places a strong emphasis on delivering projects at a very high quality, within time and cost constraints. 

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Reporting to the Project Manager, as a Construction Graduate / Cadet you will be put through a tailored training program teaching you the various aspects of construction. You will be based in the western suburbs working on two Residential projects valuing at $10M.

DUTIES.
  • Manage site WHS and subcontractors
  • Ensure scheduling restraints are adhered to
  • Liaise with stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Contracts letting and negotiation
  • Invoicing and programming
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Completed or in last year studying Construction Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • A very motivated and energetic approach to work
  • A keen learner with a passion in Building and Construction
