Ryan Jones Building Co is a boutique residential building company based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney specialising in renovations, extensions and additions.
A recent increase of work has opened up an opportunity for a Leading Hand/Junior Foreman to come on board and join our ever-growing team.
We are on the lookout for a young, keen and eager qualified carpenter to join our team that wants to make the transition from a carpenter.
The Role
- The Leading Hand will be based on one job at a time
- Will report directly to the builder
- Work with and help organise sub contractor.
- Close interaction with clients
What You Need
- An understanding of building custom high-end residential projects
- Carpentry trade is a must
- Ute and own tools.
- Must have an extremely high attention to detail
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent time management
- Ambition to progress with a growing business
- Strong admin and computer skills
