We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and intuitive Service Coordinator to become a pivotal member of our successful team. Position available immediately.
On a daily basis you will be required to work closely with the Managing Director, Sales Manager and team of Service Technicians to ensure the successful delivery of our services within the commercial building industry.
Your role as Service Co-ordinator will be to:
- Co-ordinate all scheduling and pre-install activities
- Contact and confirm all service bookings directly with customers
- Liaise with the sub contractor group on a regular basis
- General administrative duties
- Ensure that all works are conducted in a safe manner, as per the business OH&S procedures
We require that you have the following competencies:
- Excellent communication skills as you will be the primary voice of the company
- Strong team player who can also work autonomously
- The capacity to manage all phases of a project, from inception to execution and deliver agreed results
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Quick keyboard skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MYOB required.
- A high level of efficiency and ability to multitask in a high paced busy environment.
- Previous experience in a trade environment essential.
