Our client is a structures subcontract who have gone through strength to strength over the last few years. They have established themselves within the Melbourne market. Repeat clients include tier one and two builders with structures packages up to $10 million.
Due to an increase in work we are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to work in conjunction with the Director.
The successful candidate will be involved with cost reporting, invoicing, managing variations, forecasting on major structures projects.
We are looking for someone who has a tertiary qualification on construction management, engineering or related subject. Minimum or 2 years experience in working with a major subcontractor or head contractor, be team focused and have the ability to work with high end clients.
