Unlike a number of their competitors who are constantly looking for Site Managers this builder has a very low turnover of Staff. They are known in the industry for staffing their sites with the right people,  treating their subbies with respect and paying them on time and not working their site managers 6 days a week.

With a primary focus on apartment developments between $5m to $35m they offer design and construct services with architecturally-designed interior finishes.
 
They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a complex inner city project to a tight deadline. Consisting of 8 levels (2 basement) this development is a superior quality project, focusing on the high end of the market. Not only will you be able to show a history of success in previous roles you will be someone with a strong eye for detail. You will also be able to show: 
 
• Experience in the finishes phases of multi-story residential projects
• Previous basement Experience is highly regarded 
• Experience with precast and suspended slabs
• Strong supporting references for Clients and sub Contractors  
• 5+ years Site Management Experience with strong employment tenure!
