We are seeking a gun coordinator to join a close-knit team and Manager to support with all aspects of project and ongoing service coordination for a huge range of retail locations across Australia.
You will be joining a brilliant, high-achieving environment looking after locations across Australia. This role suits someone with an interest in retail, design or construction who is keen on the opportunity to be challenged and step up in this role.
You will be working in a supportive environment closely with the Project Manager to assist with new retail development projects and the coordination of ongoing maintenance and upgrades across all retail stores.
Your day-to-day:
- End-to-end management of incoming service requests from every location; coordinating action, following up, providing a firm approach when necessary with suppliers and effectively managing time frames and conflicting priorities
- Working with the Project Manager to directly support with new retail openings and development, sourcing suppliers and managing the process day-to-day.
- Supporting with project documentation, coordination, budget tracking, procurement etc.
- General administrative and internal and external stakeholder customer service
Who are you?
- Great attitude, you don't need to be micro-managed
- Able to manage up and manage expectations effectively, not someone to shy away from the difficult conversations
- Keen to put your hand up to help - nothing too big or small type attitude
- Able to effectively review and suggest process improvements where necessary
