Your new company
My client is a well established tier 2 builder with over 30 years experience in delivering various commercial projects between $20M to $50M. Based in the South East, they are looking for an Estimator to join their growing team to work on a diverse range of projects which include: Aged Care, Apartments, Student Accommodation, Education and Industrial projects.
Your new role
- Preparing tenders.
- Measure and price builder's quantities
- Manage tender documentation
- Network with some of the biggest head contractors in Australia
- Source Supplier quotes and prices
- Undertake value engineering exercises
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3-5+ years’ Estimating experience with a head contractor based in Australia.
- Experience on tendering on projects in excess of $10M+.
- You must have a degree relevant to Construction.
- You will be self-motivated and enjoy working with a team who respect each other and enjoy an environment where the bar is high.
- A high level of communication and organisation must be demonstrated in this role.
