Multi-award winning tier 2 construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager within their Sydney operations

Your new company 

Established for over 50 years and operating along the East coast of Australia my client is privately owned and currently, they employ over 400 staff. 

They have been delivering landmark projects across all sectors which include Government, Education, Aquatic, Health, residential and more. Due to a string of recently won projects they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. 

Your new role 

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the full project delivery ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standard, to the given timeframes and within the client's budget. This will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction programme, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing and managing all site personnel and implementing all site OH&S.

For you to be successful
  • Ideally be trade qualified as Carpenter 
  • Must have a proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $20M 
  • Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable 
  • Strong reporting and systems experience 
  • Must have excellent client facing skills
  • Must have excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process 
  • Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements 
  • Excellent Leadership skills
