As we continue on our journey to become a world class company, we now have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Sales Estimator to join our Central Operations team and help make a real difference to our people, our processes and our customers.
Reporting into the Sales Estimating Manager, you’ll respect our clients and help deliver their dream by taking ownership in preparing accurate and timely Tenders, Contacts and Variations.
  
So what’s the role all about?

• Estimating – assisting with the sales pricing of variations, you’ll maintain organised files and documentation ensuring all work completed has appropriate supporting documentation and is stored electronically.
• Systems & Processes – here you’ll continue to develop knowledge of SAP and other estimating systems through collaboration, utilising systems to full capacity to ensure job/time effectiveness. You’ll also take the initiative to share information with others regarding systems operations and functions & continually seek improvements and efficiencies to processes and procedures.
• Stakeholder Engagement – in responding to requests for additional information or clarification of procedures and details within set timeframes, you’ll build effective relationship with key internal and external partners, including Estimating Development, Production Estimating, Drafting, and the wider Sales and Operations teams.
• Customer Service Excellence – our mantra of “Respecting the dream” of our customers (internal & external) is central to your role.

  
So who are we looking for?

• Strong Estimating experience – good knowledge of residential building and construction methods.
• Excellent computer knowledge – proficient with estimating software/packages.
• Excellent attention to detail – quality and checking is integral to the role.
• Stakeholder Management (including customer service outcomes) – the customer has always been front and centre for you.
