Main Duties for the Contract Administrator:
  • Take responsibility for managing client's expectations, with clear and consistent communication 
  • Performing tasks to the highest quality, must have extensive experience in managing higher end projects
  • Stakeholder management, ability to communicate with clients, internal and external stakeholders
  • Lodging and obtaining the necessary documentation required by Government agencies to gain building approval.
  • Projects varying from a minimum of $1,100,000 up to $28,000,000 
Successful Civil Construction Contract Administrator must have:
  • You must have Pre-Construction Administration experience with a home builder or luxury home builder
  • The ability to empathize and understand the client's situation, with a proven track record of managing challenging clients
  • Good communication skills.  The ability to listen.  Plus excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The capacity to deal with difficult situations and the ability to solve these issues.
  • Great IT (MS-Office) skills including speed and accuracy.
