Our client is a well respected organisation who have been operating since 1949 delivering large fit out projects across the USA, Asia and Australisia. They are a leading furniture provider who use a unique approach selling innovative products as well as undertaking furniture installation to international commercial businesses.
As a result of a recent growth in their business, they are now requiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee a main fit out project with an exceptional client in Richmond/Victoria. The project size is around 3M, the person who joins this organisation will be in charged of all the stages of the project until completion.
Responsabilities:
- Preparation of documentation to support project/tender proposals
- Ensuring accurate and timely costings for quotes
- Ensuring communication continual movement of information between fulfilment and sales teams
- Processing Clients Order
- Monitoring of project progress against timeline
- Working with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Coordinate Shipping
- Coordinate & Attend Installation
- Review and reporting on financial and statistical data generated by projects
- Assistance with any other areas as required
Skills:
- Flexible and adaptable personality
- Ability to work in multiple projects with an understanding of multiple priorities and able to manage in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- An ability to interpret working drawings an advantage
- A background in the furniture industry or allied industries would be an advantage as well as Project Manager carrying on fit out projects in the commercial space
