- Projects Predominantly on the Western Suburbs
- Various, boutique and luxury projects
- Manage high level trades on detailed projects
Site Supervisor
As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects at once in the value of $1m to $4m. You will be reporting in directly to the Construction Operations Manager. You will be ensuring that you builds are completed on budget and to the program. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing & engaging subcontractors.
- Managing & engaging suppliers.
- Ordering materials to program.
- Managing on site OH&S.
- Liaising with clients.
- Quality assurance.
- Take Offs, orders & variations.
- Read and follow construction & engineering plans.
What we are looking for?
- As a pre-requisite you will have completed your carpentry trade with a Home Builder. Following on from that you will have spent
- 3 years or more in a Site Supervisor role working on custom / luxury homes in Australia.
- A great advantage would be having a Cert IV in Building & Construction & a Builders License however experience far outweighs this.
- organising and managing subcontractors, suppliers and your site program. Your communication skills will be excellent and you will be able to build lasting relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
