About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Project team at our Altona North office, where developing customer partnerships through exceptional service and delivery of projects will be fundamental to the success of your role.
You will take complete ownership of delivering a diverse range of projects from end-to-end, whilst driving productivity and collaboration with your internal team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Projects, your range of responsibilities will include:
- Proactively make contact with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ensuring transparency to changing milestones and effective management of expectations
- Deliver key milestones through the integration of internal stakeholders including sales, project support, site surveyors, design, engineering, production, installation and finance
- Manage control risk across all platforms
- Projects to be delivered within budget and on time
About you
In order to achieve success in this role we are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who encompasses the following skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Qualification or certification in project management advantageous
- Experience in both construction and manufacturing environments
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
- Outstanding level of communication skills
- Ability to identify the connection between brand, signage and customer experience
- Able to work in a changing environment, maintain flexibility to internal and external pressures
