A well established and largest structural company in Canberra is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage their large pipeline of work. They foster a work hard play hard culture with transparency between all levels of staff.

Role:

With an ASAP start for an experienced Site Manager you will be responsible for;

• Running trades people on site

• Ensuring WHS is followed by all people on site

• Organising and running Toolbox Talks

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and up to the highest standard

Profile

You will have a background in carpentry and have high attention to detail. You must have exceptional communication skills so that you can liaise with Trades people and motivate staff to achieve the best quality work.
