About the role
Binah Developments is currently recruiting for a Development Manager with experience in the Acquisition, Design and Development of both Residential and Non-Residential Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to Director and assisting in the management of projects throughout acquisition, design and development phase including
- Site Acquisition
- Due diligence and feasibility analysis on either excel or estate master
- Project Delivery Strategy
- Project Concept Development and DA Lodgement
- Planning and Authority Approvals
- Marketing and Sales Management
- Design Development
- Working on multiple projects at a time, managing the entire timeline of the projects from front end through to delivery being mindful of budget
- Hold weekly project meetings
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to build a great rapport with clientele, and project stakeholders
- Must be able to read and interpret architectural, structural and services drawings etc
- Demonstrate industry experience in a development and construction and project environment for a minimum of 5 years
- Degree qualification in Property, Construction or
- Residential, hotel & commercial experience highly regarded
- Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Project, CAD (Optional), and Estate Master
- Must be able to review, create and administer development/construction programs
- Assist in completing Project claims/ bank drawdowns & maintaining cost to complete during the design and development phase
- Site identification/selection
- Demonstrate experience in running project feasibility using Excel and Estate Master
- Be able to liaise with local and subordinate authorities
