Our client is an industry leader within modular building and mining camps. They are WA family owned and operated company who bring over 30 years' experience. They are dedicated to delivering high quality, innovative concepts and designs to their long standing and prospect clientele.
Due to the successful signing of several new large projects, they are now looking to assist the current team with an experienced Project Manager to help keep up with demand and mange the work load.
In this role you will play an integral part in successfully delivering mining camp construction and relocation on time and on budget, with responsibilities including;
- Management of delivery standards and contractor agreements
- Preparation of individual project budgets and establishing deadlines
- Ongoing management of project budget and deadlines
- Implementation of OH&S and completion of associated paperwork
- Effective client liaison regarding the progress of the projects
To be successful in this role you will be proficient in the following area:
- Extensive mine site experience
- Proven record in delivering construction projects
- High level understanding of mine site procedures & policies
- Very high attention to detail
- A high level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes
- Superior relationship building skills
- High level of organization and leadership skills
