Looking for high density Residential Construction Supervisor's for Brisbane South and Bayside
Your new company
Hays is allied with this multiple award winning family owned organisation who are known for the innovative homes they deliver. This family owned business are renowned for their customer service and attention to detail.
Your new role
This position has become available due to the continual growth within the suburbs of Inner South Brisbane and Bayside. You will be in charge of one townhouse project at a time, with responsibility of the trades, labour and materials for each site. You will be responsible for the health and safety of the site, including policies and procedures the staff must adhere to. You will be required to deliver each project on time, on budget, with the scope of each home being from the site cut through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience as a site supervisor working with a high density builder. Ideally you should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being comfortable using new construction technology software and programs. You must hold a current QBCC Site Supervisors Licence and it is preferred for you to live in the southern or inner suburbs of Brisbane, or be willing to commute.
