About the role
With several projects due to commence, we're looking for an experienced Senior Builder to work alongside the Project Manager, managing all activities on site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creation, management and development of the construction program.
- Liaising with Project Manager, architects and clients.
- Site administration including updating plans & tracking changes to plans.
- Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Managing sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work.
- Taking ownership of site safety management, ensuring WHS compliance on site.
- Site administration, record keeping and quality control.
Skills and requirements:
- 3+ years experience running high-end, residential projects with a value of $4M+
- 5 years' local experience as a Leading Hand / Working Site Foreman
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation & time management skills.
- Good communication skills, proven ability to liaise with staff, sub-contractors and clients.
- Proven ability to problem solve complex issues
