We are offering exciting opportunities for Contracts Administrators to join Georgiou. These are opportunities to join our New South Wales business unit on the Windsor Bridge Replacement Project and The Northern Road Stage 4 Upgrade Project, supporting their successful delivery.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager of you will be responsible for the the commercial and risk management of the project your aligned with. Furthermore, your charter will be to provide tender and contract review advice while also developing the commercial awareness of Project Managers, Project Engineers and support staff for projects.

Key competencies for the position are:

  • Proven negotiation experience in, commercial and head contracts;
  • Risk management skill that encompasses the development of commercial and risk profiles of complex projects;
  • Solid understanding of strategic contract review process; and
  • Commercial acumen as it relates to project audits, budgeting and insurance risk, policies and complex claims resolution.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a sizeable Infrastructure, Building or Civil Construction business. Furthermore you will have demonstrated experience and success leading a commercial function.
