The Client:

Our award-winning client is seeking a highly-motivated Site Manager to join their fast paced team. 
 
This well-structured, tier 2 construction company offers an environment where you are able to run and oversee your own projects with support and on-going training. A competitive salary is on offer for the right skilled and motivated candidates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Site Managing Residential and Commercial projects up to $4M
• Apply your proven skills in project management to achieve successful project outcomes
• Manage and foster the client relationship by providing outstanding client service and utilising your expert communication and negotiation skills
• Manage project expenditure and cash-flow to optimise project financial outcomes
• Demonstrate your strong leadership capability to build and motivate your team to achieve project and individual goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Trade Qualification : Registered Builder
• Site Supervisor Licence
• Construction Industry Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial construction industry
• Understanding of Construction and Design Methodology, Project management principles and Delivery Methods
• Understanding of Quality Assurance Requirements and OHS & Environmental Legislation
• Knowledge and understanding of Company Values, Policies and Procedures
