Leading Sydney based Project Home builder looking for a CM to enable growth.

Your new company

This builder is quickly growing and is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to build exciting new home projects all over Sydney. They have had lots of success in other states building high-end project homes and are looking for someone experienced to set up the new arm of the business.

Your new role

You will be responsible for all of the construction teams, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently as the company continues to grow. They are searching for a driven Construction Manager to come in and manage the admin, pre-construction, sales, estimating, drafting, and construction teams. This will include setting up a new trade network, hiring on an construction team, and managing budgets and timelines.

What you'll need to succeed

• You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the project homes space.
• You consider yourself a very driven and motivated individual who is results-oriented.
• You have a trusted trade network and feel comfortable setting up new teams.
• You are excited about setting up new arms of well established businesses.
