As a result of our long term stability and growth, a newly created opportunity currently exists for a highly experienced and motivated Engineering Surveyor to join our team based in our Head Office at Beresfield This fantastic opportunity will see you reporting directly to our Survey Manager working across a wide variety of Civil Construction Projects in the Hunter Region.
To be successful with this position you will have:
- A Construction Industry WHS Induction 'White Card'
- A valid Class 'C' Drivers Licence
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Significant experience within the civil construction industry across a broad range of infrastructure projects including subdivision construction
- Experience in the use of the full range of survey instruments including checking and adjusting
- The ability to solve problems and show initiative
- Experience in the use of survey software (12D or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- It would also be desirable that the successful candidate have experience and ability in the use of GPS and Machine Control
