LITECO PROJECTS is a fast growing interior fitout company specialising in hospitality and retail fitout projects.We are now looking to grow our team with strong project pipeline.Our company is involved in Commercial Refurbishment and Interior Fitout projects for more than 15 years.We have unique expertise in the Hospitality & Food Service Industry. We specialise in restaurants, cafes, food courts, hotels and night clubs fitout. We also have a strong and enviable track record in Retail, Office Fitouts and Luxury Residential Refurbishments.
About the role
Ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of the site.Lead by excellent knowledge and experience in both technical and management aspects. Develop /maintain client relationship and help to develop the business.Sound Knowledge of construction market,BCA and with a commercial focus.
Key Responsibilities:
a.Read plans and understand every details of your project, detect errors and resolve issues.
b.Prepare project schedule and ensure your project is on track,report project progress to Director on weekly basis.
c.Liaise with architect, consultants, sub-contractors, supplier, certifier and council officer etc.
d.Carry out professional site set out, organize and instruct your team member and sub-contractor to work effectively & accurately to complete the project
e.Complete project within budget, time frame and with high quality.
f.Provide some hands on assistance if required.
g.Monitoring compliance of QA system and BCA.
h. Managing workflow from start to finish.

Skills and experience
- Suit highly experienced and capable personnel looking for more senior role in the industry.
- Ideally have 7 years+ solid experience in interior fitout industry with 3years +experience as a project manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Qualification in construction management or equivalent is highly desirable
- Enthusiastic,energetic and a good team player
